Refund Policy

Refunds are only available should the product you purchased be damaged in transit or if it has a manufacturing fault and will be subject to the suppliers discretion. Please note that as per our suppliers freight acceptance policy - goods should be thoroughly checked over prior to you signing the freight carriers consignment note to ensure any damage caused in transit (if any) is recorded. This will ensure we can provide a replacement/refund.
