Free shipping on all orders to ground floor urban addresses and $20.00 Incl GST flat rate for shipping to rural addresses

All products on the Office Furniture Direct website are shipped directly from the supplier. All products are shipped in CKD flatpack unless otherwise specified so will require assembly. Shipping timeframes are estimated at 3-5 working days, most items should be received in less. These timeframes do not account for interuptions outside of our control such as weather or road conditions etc. Should there be a delay in delivering your product/s in the standard timeframe we will communicate this to you via email.

Deliveries of furniture from our suppliers are undertaken by selected freight carriers. Furniture is dispatched from a warehouse in good order and condition - acknowledged by the freight provider by way of signing the consignment note when furniture is dispatched.

When the product is delivered to you, you will be asked to sign a consignment note accepting delivery and responsibility for the product. Once you have done so the product, in whatever condition it is in is solely your responsibility (excluding any manufacturing fault which is covered by warranty) and no claim for damage will be accepted beyond that point. 

Freight carriers will stay at the delivery address for 15 minutes to give the recipient time to carefully check the goods. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your product or even unsure about the condition - please sign the consignment note with damaged clearly marked and this will allow you 2 days to advise us.
